Pure luxury; hand-dyed sock-weight yarn in shades of blue and green. The colours will produce a soft stripe over a typical sock of 64sts at 7 stitches per inch – ideal for making beautiful winter socks with a subtle pattern.
20% Yak with 70% Merino wool and 10% nylon. A practical, but special yarn. Yak down is incredibly insulating and very soft on the skin, and combined with wool and nylon makes for a luxurious but not fragile yarn. Yak is naturally a soft mid-brown, so yarn dyed on this base has a softer tone and a slightly tweedy depth

Just a note on the colour, I know everyone knows, but digital cameras plus your monitor can affect the colour on screen. I sometimes find that light colours are bleached or paled out.

I love the vibrant green of this gorgeous yarn which looks just like our hedgerows this lockdown spring.
